1.1 Data processing specification when using the Website. When you use the Website, we process for purposes B and C set out below, records relating to your use of the Website (IP address, geographic IP address, operating system data, your browser type and version, and your Website user settings), which are obtained automatically when you use the Website, and age information if you have provided us with such information.

1.2 Data processing specification upon registration and login. If you create an account or log in to the Website using a previously created account on our other platforms or products when using the Website, we will additionally process your personal data when you use the Website for purposes A, B and C set out below, such as:
1.2.1. contact details, including the email address you provided to us when creating an account;
1.2.2. age information, if required for registration or after login;
1.2.3. data related to the use of Website features (e.g. poll votes or favourite teams);
1.2.4. a pseudonymised identifier for monitoring Website performance and reporting technical failures, other pseudonymised identifiers we have introduced for your protection, and if you choose to register or log in to the Website via an existing third-party account (e.g. Facebook, Gmail, Apple), we also process your name, photo and a third-party-generated pseudonymised identifier provided by such authorised third party for login purposes;
1.2.5. data about your purchases, if any, on the Website.

Purpose A. The purpose of processing your personal data is to perform the terms of the contract between you and us, or to enable us to take steps prior to entering into such a contract in connection with your registration or login to the Website.

The purpose of processing the aforementioned personal data is to ensure the technical operation of the Website, i.e. the proper and uninterrupted functioning of the Website, as well as the resolution of identified technical errors and subsequent optimisation (prevention of future errors) of the Website.

2.2. For purpose B, the processing is our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation to ensure the technical operation of the Website.
2.3. For purpose C, the processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation.

3. Retention period
3.1. For purpose A — for three (3) years from the end of your contract.
3.2. For purpose B — for the duration of the contract if you have created an account with us, or for 1 month after your use of the Website if you have not created an account.
3.3. For purpose C — for the period necessary to fulfil legal obligations under applicable mandatory law.

4. Other recipients
Persons who provide technical services on our behalf, including those providing us with hosting and software development services, as well as other companies within our group ("our group"), may be additional recipients of your personal data. Where we are required to do so under mandatory law, the relevant public authorities may also be additional recipients of your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling their obligations under mandatory law.
