Purpose A.

and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection
Regulation) (the "Regulation").

For purpose B, the processing is our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the
Regulation to ensure the technical operation of the Website.
2.3.
For purpose C, the processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations pursuant to Article
6(1)(c) of the Regulation.
3. Retention period
3.1.
For purpose A — for three (3) years from the end of your contract.
3.2.
For purpose B — for the duration of the contract if you have created an account with us, or for
1 month after your use of the Website if you have not created an account.
3.3.
For purpose C — for the period necessary to fulfil legal obligations under applicable mandatory
law.
4. Other recipients
Persons who provide technical services on our behalf, including those providing us with hosting and
software development services, as well as other companies within our group ("our group"), may be
additional recipients of your personal data. Where we are required to do so under mandatory law, the
relevant public authorities may also be additional recipients of your personal data for the purpose
of fulfilling their obligations under mandatory law.
